Indonesian Conservacy Media Center

Indonesian Conservacy Media Center (ICMC) is a vehicle for journalists who care for nature conservation. Establishment of  media center is expected to support coverage on the environment.

ICMC is the fruit of synergy between journalists who are members of the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) and non-profit organizations engaged in nature conservation, namely Conservacy Wildlife Society (WCS) and Orangutan Conservation Services Program (OCSP).  By synergizing  journalists power and conservation activists, the mass media are expected to have a greater concern to raise the conservation issues as a theme coverage.

ICMC provides a facility for journalists covering on environmental conservation. Facilities include www.mediakonservasi.org site, media center, as well as press activities such press gatherings, press conferences, and discussions.

ICMC facilities can be taken by all journalists interested in covering environmental issues at no charge. We continue to develop this facility in order to help his fellow journalists in covering the activities of environmental preservation.

To fellow journalist, we invite you to become a member  of this site. For the moment, members are free. Members can exchange information with other members and receive support when they should provide coverage of the field.
